Work it was a project aiming to target the social issues in the current scenarios. Since the lockdown, many people have become highly conscious about their physical fitness, and doing any exercise without guidance has had its setbacks. Working on this project helped me learn how human decisions are extremely ambiguous, and I also learned to build design systems for designing interfaces.

Problem identification
After reading a few articles published in health magazines and literature, we found what caused the problem of lack of motivation for exercising among users. We also identified key what, whys, and how that impacted user behavior. This helped set a foundation for the further discovery of this problem space and played a vital role in framing the protocols for user research.
What?
The leading cause of physical health issues in adults today is lack of exercise.
Why?
People find it challenging to exercise outdoors due to a busy work schedule.
How?
Most people avoid exercise due to lack of motivation and increased screentime.
User groups
After the problem discovery, we spoke to users between the age of 20 - 40 years. Based on this research, there are three main stakeholders who are actively involved in this problem space - exercisers, physicians and trainers. We gathered thoughts of each user group through brief user interviews that aimed to collect their pain points and wants using the card sorting method.
Exercisers
Trainers
Physicians
How might we?
HMW make workouts at home interactive?
HMW motivate the user to work out everyday?
HMW provide assistance and guidance for exercises?
HMW make workout at home more collaborative?
HMW structure a workout with minimum equipment?
