My approach to problem solving
listen & collaborate
Listening with an open mind drives curiosity. I challenge my assumptions by actively engaging with my team members to explore new possibilities.
iterate, sky is the limit!
"If you never try, you will never know!" I treat a blank canvas as a world of endless possibilities, creating wireframes, prototypes until I reach that aha moment.
test, fail, repeat
I thrive in a healthy, growing environment where I take feedback positively, valuing everyone's time and contribution. I continually validate my designs to progressively reach the north star.
evaluate
Numbers show impact significantly than just visuals. I believe in strategically refining a product's performance by creating iterations supported by compelling metics and data.
